Nivalis Nights Harbour Overlook is an area in the Docks used by Thaddeus Retirement. After Ava tracks Gideon, your objective becomes Climb up Harbour Overlook. Reach that area and continue to Face Gideon’s Grey Tech. This is separate from Reehan Scott’s Retirement Party and its Calypso Island investigation.
The verified location is the Docks. A precise staircase-by-staircase walking route is not established here, so use the active Harbour Overlook objective when navigating the district rather than applying an invented landmark route.

Broadly changing the subject is not the whole task: she explicitly asks for more specific information that makes his technology run checks.

Recognize the Successful Continuation

Afterward, discuss the hack with Ava. The continuation identifies Alan Fontus and leads to Speak to Alan Fontus. That change of objective is a stronger sign of progress than simply being inside the Harbour Overlook area.
