Nivalis Nights Retirement Party: Reehan and Anchor Pin

Quick Answer

Search the Calypso Island beach near the grass and dock for the tiny blue Anchor Pin, then examine it with Ava and follow the investigation through Salt Pete, Delbert and Reehan.

On this page

For the Nivalis Nights Retirement Party investigation, search the Calypso Island beach for a tiny blue Anchor Pin. Finding a walking Reehan does not necessarily advance this stage. The useful clue is the pin near the grass, close to a dock and the street fast-travel point; players report that it has no waypoint.

After collecting it, the investigation leads through Ava, Salt Pete at the Nivalis Docks, Delbert at the Oil Rig, and finally the Sewers. This is Reehan Scott’s quest. Thaddeus’s retirement story and its Harbour Overlook objective belong to a separate quest.

Identify the Investigation Stage

Read the active journal objective before searching for a person. Early conversations with Reehan and the later investigation do not ask for the same action. If your objective is Search the Calypso Docks for Any Sign of Reehan, concentrate on the small physical clue rather than trying to restart dialogue with an android you can already see.

Reports of a visible Reehan with no usable conversation are therefore not enough to establish that the investigation is broken. The search stage asks for a sign of him, and collecting the Anchor Pin is its recorded completion condition. Follow a conversation marker when your current objective asks you to speak; use the beach search when it asks you to investigate.

Find the Blue Anchor Pin on Calypso Island

  1. Travel to Calypso Island for the Calypso Docks search objective.
  2. Look along the beach near the grass, close to one of the docks and the street fast-travel point.
  3. Search the ground for a small blue anchor-shaped pin. Its size makes it easy to overlook while looking for an NPC.
  4. Collect the pin, then follow the objective to examine it with Ava.

The circled pin is the clue for the Calypso Docks search objective.

The beach clue is the part of this route with matching player success reports. The illustrated location helps narrow the search, but it does not establish a fixed distance from every arrival point or a universal direction from every dock. Use the visible shore, grass, and dock as reference points.

A missing waypoint is part of the reported search difficulty. Circling the island to find an unmarked person, searching the surrounding water by boat, or revisiting Reehan during curfew does not replace collecting the pin. Stay focused on the ground-level clue once the journal asks for signs of him.

Follow the Anchor Pin Investigation

The recorded quest objectives continue as follows. Use your currently active objective to decide which step is available; this list does not mean every conversation can be completed before collecting the clue.

The Docks mentioned after Ava’s examination are the Nivalis Docks, where you speak to Salt Pete. Do not continue searching the Calypso shoreline after the journal has moved to that conversation. The quest changes its destination as you learn more about the owner.

Delbert’s step comes after the Salt Pete conversation. Find Delbert of the Separatists at the Oil Rig and continue the investigation there. The later objective sends you to the Sewers, where Salt Pete’s transmitted information leads to someone who could own the Anchor Pin.

The later sequence is supported by the recorded objectives; exact dialogue choices and every NPC’s standing position are not established here. This guide does not promise a particular conversation answer, relationship reward, or complete failure-proof route. Let the active journal objective guide each transition.

Keep Thaddeus’s Quest Separate

If your journal asks you to Climb up Harbour Overlook, you are following Thaddeus’s retirement storyline in the Docks. Searching the Calypso beach for Reehan’s pin will not complete that objective.

Likewise, a report about waiting for Ava during Thaddeus’s investigation does not establish a blocker in Reehan’s Retirement Party. Identify the exact quest name and objective before applying another player’s solution. The beach clue solves a specific investigation stage; it is not a general fix for every retirement-related journal entry.
